Vintage Ales are Bottle-Conditioned beers: when bottling the beer, a small amount of yeast is added to the bottle, of the type that was used to ferment it. They continue to mature for a long time, we could say that until the moment of opening the bottle. When this happens, you can expect an intense copper beer with notes of Sherry and Cognac, along with aromas of homemade biscuits, tart with cherries and fried grains.
